Due to safety concerns or other issues, your cleaners will likely not do somethings:
Exterior windows, clean animal waste, heavy mold removal, lifting of heavy items or furniture, areas that require a ladder, clean biohazardous material.

*When your cleaners arrive for the cleaning, you will have the chance to let them know everything you need done before they start. You can also inform our office if you won't be at the home. We always strive to ensure the cleaners understand your instructions and everything that you require to be cleaned. Please always be as detailed as possible about what you are looking for so you can be properly accommodated.

What Are Your Prices?
Every customer has different needs. We offer a free quote. A we made an estimate based on your needs.
What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Before your cleaning a hold will be placed on your card, then it will be charged after your cleaning is completed. We use an industry leading payment processor called Stripe which has 256-bit SSL encryption. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash.
What Is Your Breakage & Loss Policy?
We strive to handle all situations fairly and appropriately so that our customers know they can rest easy when they book our services. If such a situation occurs then you must contact us within 48 hours of the service. One of our specialists will make sure to resolve the claim as soon as possible.
Does My Home Need Electricity Or Running Water?
Yes, in order for our cleaners to do a great job your home must have electricity and running water. In the event that your home does not have those when the cleaners arrive then unfortunately the cleaning will be cancelled and you will charged per our cancellation policy.
Can You Use Green Eco Friendly Products?
Yes, if you prefer the cleaners to use green eco friendly products then please put that on your booking notes and the cleaners will be happy to accommodate your request.
How Many Cleaners Will You Send?
This depends on the size of your home and the type of cleaning that is booked. We will typically send between 1 - 6 cleaners. If you prefer a certain number of cleaners only then we can make a note of that on your booking and accommodate this request.
Can I Get The Same Cleaner Every Time?
Yes, we know how important it is to have a trusted cleaner familiar with your home for each scheduled cleaning. We will always assign the same cleaner for each of your cleanings.
Can The Cleaners Clean Outside Like My Backyard?
Yes they can for an additional fee depending on what you need done.
Do The Cleaners Clean Inside Windows And Outside (Exterior) Windows?
The cleaners can clean inside windows only. They can not clean outside (exterior) windows.
What Is A Deep Cleaning?
A deep cleaning is for homes that have not been professionally cleaned for 30 days or more. We typically recommend this to all new customers for their first cleaning so the cleaners can stay longer and bring it up to our amazing standards to maintain with future cleanings.
Hoarding & Hazardous Condition Policy
If your home condition is deemed hazardous and goes above and beyond normal conditions then our cleaners have the right to walk away and you will be charged under our cancellation policy for holding your spot in the cleaners schedule. For hoarding cleanings, we typically book them on an hourly service and we reserve the right to increase the hourly price depending on the condition. The cleaners can not clean biohazardous material such as poop, blood, etc.
What Is Your Satisfaction Guarantee?
Your complete satisfaction is very important. We offer a free re-cleaning to any customer who is not fully satisfied with their cleaning. Unfortunately, we can not provide a refund after a cleaning is completed. Please note, our agency must be contacted within 48 hours of a cleaning regarding any and all complaints. After 48 hours from the cleaning date, no complaints will be accepted and any additional services will be charged at full price. If the home is very dirty and your cleaning requires a higher price (or more time) than originally estimated but you do not approve, then your cleaners will do their best but they will not come back for free under any circumstance.
Do You Bring All Supplies?
Yes, the cleaners will bring all supplies and equipment necessary for the cleaning. They can also use your equipment or supplies if you prefer.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
When you make a booking, we hold your spot in the cleaners calendar and we deny other customers from booking in those times, therefore cancellations can really affect a cleaners schedule. To reduce this, unfortunately, we do require a $40 cancellation fee for all customers. For same day cancellations, the fee is $80.
Can Your Cleaners Do Laundry Or The Dishes?
Yes, the maids will be happy to do laundry, dishes and so much more per your request. Please note for laundry, the machines must be in your home or apartment unit. The cleaners can not leave your home to do laundry outside. Also you must provide the detergent. (additional fee)
Do I Need To Be Home For The Cleaning?
That is not necessary. Some customers prefer to have the cleaning while they are away or at work. Our vetted cleaners always give your home the respect and care that it deserves. However: Please ensure the cleaners have a way to enter your home to do the cleaning. If the cleaners are not able to enter to do the cleaning then you will be charged per our cancellation policy. We typically request customers to do a walkthrough at the end with the cleaners before they leave to ensure they are fully satisfied with the service.
Do The Cleaners Clean Behind Appliances Like Fridge & Oven Or Behind Heavy Furniture?
Yes however the customer is required to move the appliances or furniture before the cleaners arrive. Unfortunately the cleaners can not do any lifting or move furniture due to liability.
Do The Cleaners Clean The Ceiling, Ceiling Fans, Chandeliers Or Other High Areas With A Ladder?
Unfortunately the cleaners do not bring a ladder and they can not go on one even if you provide it due to liability. They can go on a small step stool (2-3 steps) if you provide one to clean higher. If what you need done is not reachable by hand from a small step stool then unfortunately the cleaners will not be able to clean it. Please mention in your booking instructions if you need a high area cleaned and whether you will provide a step stool.
Can I Skip Or Reschedule An Appointment?
Absolutely, we do not require any contracts. We have an easy self service platform where a customer can reschedule anytime they prefer.
How Will The Cleaners Enter My Home?
  • You or someone else can be home to let them in.
  • You can leave a key under the mat.
  • You can give us a lockbox code.
  • You can leave the door unlocked on the day of the cleaning.
